FIXED PRICE PLAN
All our fixed-price plans offer you maximum predictability. Prices are fixed for 12 months and the contract term is 12 or 24 months with one month's notice required before the end of the contract. New customers currently benefit from attractive bonuses, depending on the tariff, with Öko Basis or Öko KlimaPlus (OK Power seal of approval).
DYNAMIC PLAN
Our dynamic tariff adjusts your electricity price in real time based on the energy exchange. This way, you can use electricity exactly when it’s cheapest.
Important: Only 3% of households in Germany have a smart meter. While dynamic tariffs are technically possible, they don’t offer any real benefit without this technology. If you have a dynamic tariff but don’t have a smart meter, unfortunately you won’t be able to take advantage of the potential benefits.
HEAT PUMP PLAN
This plan is specially designed for households with heat pumps and offers 100% green electricity from renewable energies. With a monthly term, flexible renewal, full cost control and sustainable heating without a long-term commitment.

Our system feeds 100% green electricity from renewable sources such as wind, sun, water and biomass directly into the grid. Unlike electricity generated from coal, oil or gas, this process produces no CO₂ – our electricity is emission-free and thus actively contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases. Ja. Im Kundenportal oder in der PLAN-B Neo App kannst du jederzeit in einen anderen PLAN-B Tarif wechseln, ganz ohne zu kündigen.
Wie lange gilt der Neukundenbonus?
Der Bonus von 200 € wird nach den ersten 12 Monaten deines Vertrags mit deiner Jahresabrechnung verrechnet.
Was bedeutet OK Power zertifiziert?
OK Power ist ein unabhängiges Gütesiegel für Ökostrom. Es bekommen nur Anbieter, die nachweislich zum Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien beitragen, nicht einfach nur grünen Strom draufkleben.
Gibt es einen Tarif ohne Schufa-Auskunft?
Ja. Für Kund:innen mit eingeschränkter Bonität bieten wir einen Tarif ohne Schufa-Auskunft an. Sprich uns über den Kundenservice an, wir finden gemeinsam die passende Lösung
Was ist der Impact-Tarif genau?
Für jeden Euro, den du zahlst, geht 1 kg Abfall aus Gewässern oder in Rewilding-Projekte, gemeinsam mit everwave und Planet Wild. Gleicher Ökostrom, zusätzliche Wirkung.
Für wen lohnt sich der Wärmepumpen-Tarif?
Der Tarif ist auf den höheren, gleichmäßigen Verbrauch von Wärmepumpen zugeschnitten und nutzt ein eigenes Zählerkonzept, damit du fair abgerechnet wirst. So heizt du mit Ökostrom, ohne für den Mehrverbrauch draufzuzahlen.
Brauche ich für den dynamischen Tarif einen Smart Meter?
Ja. Ohne Smart Meter wird dein Verbrauch nicht stundengenau erfasst, dann bringt dir der dynamische Tarif keinen Vorteil. Aktuell haben nur rund 3% der deutschen Haushalte einen.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Festpreis und Dynamisch?
Beim Festpreis zahlst du 12 Monate lang denselben Preis pro kWh, egal was am Markt passiert. Beim dynamischen Tarif folgt dein Preis stündlich der Strombörse: günstiger, wenn du flexibel bist, aber nur mit Smart Meter sinnvoll.
